Well checkers weekend did it. I'm planning on RACING hbmc first race since Invaders back in 08. Who's going?

I will be out to pit you. Not sure about the whole weekend however.

Gina and I will be out Sat. morning. The pits and sign-up will be at the Rock pile. Hope to camp there.

I might be a wimp and only run one loop. I haven't been on the bike in three months. Ken is the course a true 35 miles?

Anone else going that will need a pit? Hope it is not as wet and muddy as El Centro yesterday. I do not know if I have ever seen so much water in the desert. Cannot wait to read everyones race report. SOunded like only 70 riders went out on the second loop.

Jake got his bike back together and I think he's going to race. I saw those pics of this past weekend and that is crazy!

I will be racing HBMC, two loops if all goes as plan, i just need to find a way to get up there, I believe both of my parents are occupied this weekend. But i did put my bike together and went for a ride at ocotillo on sunday, unfortunately it was raining so I only got about a half hour of riding in. I might go up saturday to pre cycle my bike some more, looking forward to my first race back in over two months .

Paul will be out and he said he'd be happy to do pit duty.

The course is about 41 miles. Do 2 loops, you won't be sorry. 90% is easy valleys and sandwashes.

I'll be there with Jake. I just want 2 go to see Chris race again! Is Rich going to race his quad?

I will be out sun morning racing two loops I think. I'm carpooling with paul if anyone else wants to go and carpool let me know.

We will stop at the storage for supplies as required.

haha sorry i was on the northern side of ocotillo and my friend drove me up there so i didnt want to waste his gas, plus he didnt even have a bike to ride that day
